Usually, we depend a lot on primary research to learn about our stakeholders and gain insights to design for them. In this rare case of a sport which has no context or access to us we took support of watching ice hockey matches at all levels to gain insights and document them. These bottles were eventually designed mainly to maintain great drinking ergonomics while they design iterations helped us design the spout for better hygiene and easy sharing of these units.
