We were invited by one of the top 3 stationery companies in India, to help them design ballpoint pens for regular use cases like schools, offices, shops, etc.















They already have ball pens in the market but they wanted to introduce new designs for the same. We developed interactive research tools to understand about their comfort & concerns while using ball pens. The data collected was then used to identify critical touchpoints and design solutions were built around these learnings.
